All ages and all levels of fitness are warmly welcomed.
You don't need any extra equipment; bringing a yoga mat for exercises on the ground is optional. Water bottle, paddle, clothes, and shoes to workout & play pickleball.
The session begins with a 10-minute warm-up and diverse body-weight exercises cleverly intertwined with pickleball play. Brace yourself for an exhilarating 45-minute cardio session to get your heart racing. As the class nears its end, wind down with a soothing five-minute cool-down and a rejuvenating stretch to wrap up the session.
